About Sarsen Group
The firm
Sarsen Group is a systems architect for product businesses that have outgrown the way they run. We diagnose what is actually broken in a company’s operations, then rebuild it. The person who makes the diagnosis is the person accountable for whether the fix works.
Sarsen Group LLC, founded 2026, Portland, Oregon. The name comes from the sarsens, the load-bearing stones of Stonehenge.
Ahmed Amir, founder. Systems architect.
